The hotel's location near transport options, attractions, and dining establishments proved INVALUABLE. The staff were quite helpful. The facilities were kept very clean. The breakfast had great value (i ate as much as i could!).

The hotel is a short walk to the town hall square, roughly five minutes. Many sites are accessible on foot from the location. I could easily reach the cathedral, the silk exchange, and the central market.

The location proved convenient with easy access to local spots. the staff offered assistance and maintained a friendly atmosphere. i found the room clean and well kept. It had everything necessary for a comfortable stay (even a full-length mirror!). the 24/7 reception was a great help too.
The room size felt restrictive. It was not very spacious. this limited movement and storage options. i found it a bit challenging to manage my belongings in the available space.

The staff was very attentive, and they cleaned rooms daily. This included changing towels. breakfast service required advance scheduling, and i selected my preferred time upon arrival (this avoided any crowding).

i appreciated the hotel's proximity to both the train station and plaza del ayuntamiento. they offered baggage storage for my late flight which was useful. the location made it easy to reach major attractions (it's hard to beat that location).
the room had very little ventilation.

The central location served me well. I explored the city easily. daily room cleaning was consistent and thorough. the 24-hour reception offered peace of mind and flexibility for late arrivals and early departures i appreciated this service.
I found only one available plug inconvenient. It was near the entrance. it was hard to charge all devices i wanted to use and a nightstand outlet would be more helpful.
